Health Dept. Scandal Ignored For 3 Years By Pruitt?

The Oklahoman reports that an anonymous letter was sent to then AG, Scott Pruitt, about 3 years ago. It detailed how state & federal funds were being misused by the Oklahoma Health Dept..
According the the report, Pruitt forwarded the letter to Commissioner Terry Cline, to look into the matter.
This revelation, if substantiated; will likely lead to federal charges against the disgraced former commissioner.
It may also tarnish the credibility of Scott Pruitt, who now heads the Federal EPA, for the Trump Administration.

Dale Denwalt's investigation still can't say openly that Pruitt didn't handle the matter prudently, But there does not seem to be obvious evidence that the Oklahoma AG's office did a thorough investigation.
