Marijuana Activists Advance Lawsuits, Petitions, and Rallies

"Green The Vote" held a press conference today in Tulsa. Attorney Ronald Durbin discussed the expanding lawsuit and call for a grand jury as well as the complete board resignations. GTV director, Isaac Caviness, discussed petitions and other voter demonstrations planned across the state in the coming days.

Sq797 will continue to collect petition signatures until August 8th, and still demand to be on the Nov. Ballot.
Lawsuit adds plaintiff Chip Paul & adds 2 more defendants; Julie Ezell (chief legal council for Oklahoma Board of Health) & Chelsea Church (director of Oklahoma Board of Pharmacy)
Financial help from an Oklahoma benefactor who pledges to match all donations up to $500,000 total, thru August 1st.
Marches this Sunday in Tulsa & OKC
Attempting to set Oklahoma State record for most initiative petition signatures
Calling for grand jury to commence, regarding OBH corruption, including bribery, conspiracy to obstruct justice, and other abuses of office.
Calling for entire Board of Health to resign immediately.
