Taylor Newcomb of KOTV in Tulsa, posted a new story profiling a Navy veteran who is begging his fellow Oklahomans to help him recover from the severe case of PTSD & Anxiety Disorder, by voting YES on State Question 788. | Navy gunner, Cody Barlow, reports great results from a medical trial he underwent in Colorado. The Marijuana gave him better relief from the symptoms caused from his tours of war, and none of the side effects of of the 2 dozen pills he's been relying on. On June 26th, Oklahoma voters will decide if hospitals & clinics will gain the opportunity to incorporate a class of Cannabis Gov. Mary Fallin has issued a date for the initiative petition proposal to allow doctors to prescribe medical uses for a series of cannabis byproducts. This would put a class of treatments originating from the marijuana plant on the same legal status as Demoral and other products from Poppy plants. Morphine has long been a drug used in hospitals, military battlefields, and for severe pain control needs, including those in the last stages of cancer.
