OCPA: State Govt. Spending Outpaces Inflation & Population Growth

  The Oklahoma Council on Public Affairs has released a study of Oklahoma state spending since 1991 (a year before SQ640 was put to a vote, to limit tax increases).
  The conclusions are clear that neither population growth nor inflation could account for the 70% increase in state spending.
