Congresswoman Kendra Horn Will get a lot of unwanted attention in the next 18 months. That's just one part of Chairman David McLain's detailed plan to expose the hard-left agenda of the Democrat Party, in Oklahoma.
On Tuesday night the Tulsa Area Republican Assembly held a gathering in South Tulsa. Chairman David McLain spent about 30 minutes detailing his objectives and answering questions from the audience, which included leaders from multiple counties in northeast Oklahoma. Party unity was a recurring theme of the speech. McLain is determined to resolve intraparty disharmony which reached a peak in the past few years. Divisive entities will find less interest, if McLain has his way. That doesn't mean that McLain will deter primary challenges or "put his thumb on the scale" during primary campaigns. But he emphasized the need to focus on the commonality that the party membership largely possesses. He doesn't want the few disagreements to result in a leftist winning general elections and helping enact policies which he sees as harmful to Oklahoma. |
