Opinion: SQ808 Would Create A State Commune For Free Marijuana

 It didn't take long to review the petition language that Paul Tay presented, today. He filed SQ808 to completely end Oklahoma's Marijuana Prohibition. 
 But Paul Tay goes much further than decriminalizing. In fact, Paul Tay's SQ808 would;

1. Mandate reparations for past incarcerations based on cannabis possession charges.
2. Require employers to retain marijuana-impaired workers.
3. Provides an infrastructure for free cannabis to those who cannot buy it at market prices.

  At first, several were expressing positive comments about the simple & short constitutional framework he submitted. But when proper time and concentration is given to an expository breakdown, it becomes little more than a pipe-dream for a statewide hippy commune. It's not a serious proposal for a liberty-loving, responsible Oklahoman. But a loony libertine might get enamored by the notion, until it got implemented.
 To quote the words of an epic rocker..
  I still haven't found what I'm looking for.

Paul Tay is notorious for his efforts to get attention.
