SCOTUS Overturns Roe v Wade: Will Tribes Keep Aborting Babies In Eastern Oklahoma?

BREAKING: The US Supreme Court(SCOTUS) just released their decision in the Mississippi Dobbs case. The sweeping reversal of the 1973 Roe v Wade case where the Warren court 'discovered' a constitutional narrative of a right of a mother to hire a 'hitman' to kill her child before birth.
The scene at the street which separates the US Capitol from the SCOTUS building is loud and increasingly raucous as activists on both sides of the argument are voicing their reactions.
Last week we spoke with Rep. Wendi Stearman, the author of the nation's most sweeping statute for the protection of life from the moment of conception, about the Oklahoma impact of this development. She said she is aware that the McGirt confusion could see tribal physicians avoiding prosecution by claiming their exception from state court jurisdiction.
Tulsa Abortion clinics could see a staffing up with tribal citizens and even see a ramping up of in-utero executions.

Justice Samuel Alito penned a masterpiece majority draft in February. His argument is credited with convincing 5 other justices.

 The narrow matter before the high court pertains to the Mississippi law that protects life at 15 weeks of gestation.
  Roberts agreed with the Alito wing of the court on this matter. He wrote a separate opinion where he defends his right to ignore the Roe precedent, while ruling to contradict it.
  Alito's early draft, which was written in February and leaked in April, became the foundational writing in the overturn of Roe v Wade.
  Justice Thomas concurred on all points, and further opined that "substantive due process", a made up legal test by the same justices who upheld Roe in recent decades, ought to be thrown out. He opines that it has not constitutional basis and is an ambiguous term which any court could redefine for its own interests.
  Justice Kavanaugh concurred on the narrow & sweeping decisions, but also offered up his own rationale.
  The 3 minority justices, Breyer, Kagan, & Sotomayor; arguedpassionately for the old guard leftist view of a woman's right to control anyone in her own body; and also dissenting on the entire Dobbs case.
