Don Spencer of Oklahoma Second Amendment Association published a video of several Tulsa Police who defiantly prohibited him for park access with his self defense arms concealed. He pleasantly visited with at least 6 uniformed personnel at the OctoberFest on RiverParks.
He showed (and attempted to show) several officers that the law bans tenants leasing the parks from denying citizens the right to defend their lives & safety with constitutional arms which remain otherwise concealed. Additionally, several individuals claiming to be retired police officers with no active badges were wearing uniforms which unlawfully claim to be Tulsa Police, even though they have no police dept. commission from the city. Spencer is eventually threatened with arrest by an officer who refused to take his questions and only after persistent request did the defiant officer give his name and badge number. |
