Sooner Poll's Bill Shapard told Tulsa talk radio host, Pat Campbell that the proposal had nearly 60% support just 2 weeks prior to election day. Then OCPA and other conservative groups went into overdrive with a last minute blitz. The final tallies showed the proposal getting just shy of 41%. |
