Yen Offers Vaccine Compromise

UPDATE: BILL PASSES: The Vaccine Mandate Bill (SB83) passed by a vote of 7-4, in committee. It goes to the full senate, then to the House. Senators: David, Griffin, Pugh, & Simpson; voted against. Senators; Floyd, Jech, McCortney, Perriman, Rader, Standridge, & Yen; supported passage with ammendments. Senator Silk did not cast a vote, but spoke strongly against passage.

Senate Health Committee Chair, Ervin Yen, has amended his own bill before submitting it to a committee vote.

The January 4th version of Sen. Yen's Vaccine Mandate bill. Notice Section 2 would be removed.

The February 27 surpise amended version of the Yen Mandate bill. See the restored section 2.
